Meet Serena Romero

Founder of SRP  Health Retreat | Life & Relationship Coach  | Sport & Mindset Specialist

 

I'm Serena - a certified Life Coach, Relationship Coach and Hypnosis Practitioner, with a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Lunex University of Health, Exercise and Sport. My passion lies in guiding others through powerful transformations - physically, emotionally and spiritually.

With years of experience in the fitness world and deep training in the psychology of relationships, emotional healing and subconscious reprogramming, I created SRP Health Retreat as a space where the body and mind are treated with equal importance.

​

Here movement is medicine - but so is stillness. Whether through strength training, breathwork, therapy sessions, or meditative healing, our mission is to help you rise into the strongest, clearest and most aligned version of yourself with the help and collaboration of amazing qualified practitioners.
